How are KPS and APM calculated?
Keys per second is accepted key presses divided by the selected duration. Actions per minute is that rate multiplied by 60. Here an action is one accepted key press, not an action inside a game. The result includes counts by physical key code.
What this browser can measure
Compare the same duration, key filter and keyboard. Composing input, modifier chords and auto-repeat do not count. Hiding the page or leaving the pad discards an unfinished run. See the event and timing rules.
